The legal firm was established back in 1998 by its founders, four prominent professional advocates who have been in the profession for the past 30 to 50 years practicing law and legal consultancy in various aspects of law, internationally, regionally & locally of course, teamed by well trained associates too till the present day.

The firm commenced activating led by :

• Late, Abdel Rahiem Elbanouby- Senior partner - Advocate before the supreme court.
• Late , Arafa Gaddallah - Senior partner - Advocate before the supreme court.
• Late , Mamdouh Eltoukhi - Senior partner - Advocate before the supreme court.
• Akram Adham El Nakeeb - Senior partner -Present managing director of the firm - Attorney at law before the Supreme Court.

The senior associate of the firm at present is Mostafa Ramadan - Attorney at law before the Supreme Court.

The associates in the firm are Mohamed Awadallah - Attorney at law before the Supreme Court. & Emad William - Advocate before the high courts of appeal .

The firm has correspondents covering Cairo Represented by Mohamed Awadallah, Port Said & Damietta Represented by Emad William and in Suez Represented by Medhat ElKourachi.

The firm is teamed up too by a customs expert - Ibrahim El Kourdagi & a para legal officer - Adel Nassef.
